Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify competitive advantages
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technological ROI scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 or scale-up tech firms
- Proven track record in launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and blockchain ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
