Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive implementation of sustainability-first tech initiatives in product development
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with long-term tech forecasting (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Track record of launching successful tech products or initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI) preferred
