Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neural interfaces
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with policy advisors to shape future technology governance frameworks
- Drive innovation sprints with venture-backed startups in emerging tech verticals
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Certification in Futurist Methodology (CFP) or equivalent foresight training
- Experience with venture capital due diligence for deep tech startups
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology preferred
