Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics implementation
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and decentralized tech ecosystems
- Experience leading international tech policy initiatives
