Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into customer solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors with data-backed insights
- Manage innovation lab initiatives focused on sustainable technology adoption
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems)
- Experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment with $1B+ scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Track record of launching at least two major technology initiatives with measurable market impact
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) preferred
