Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate future tech into current roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure compliance and responsible innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., Gartner certification)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or in high-growth tech environments
