Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Develop patent strategies for emerging intellectual property
- Coordinate with global academic partners for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching future-facing products (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, nanotech, neuromorphic computing)
- Executive presence with successful board-level presentations
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
