- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future concepts into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision on future tech adoption
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical frameworks affecting future deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment preferred
