- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure cross-departmental buy-in
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020s tech transformation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) or advanced degree in Tech Innovation
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps across global enterprises
