Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech paradigms (quantum, bio-digital, neural interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical and sustainable tech deployment
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching emerging tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, blockchain 3.0)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
