Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
