Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends for industry publications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Proven track record in launching futuristic tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience with emerging tech governance frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
