Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, blockchain, and clean tech integration
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to MVP launch
- Oversee vendor partnerships and emerging technology ecosystem development
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 transformative tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation, quantum computing fundamentals, and IoT architecture
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation budgets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
