Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, focusing on quantum integration, autonomous systems, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, nanotech) for commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience securing multi-million R&D budgets and managing innovation pipelines
