Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging engineering, product, and commercial teams
- Present visionary technology strategies to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to acquire cutting-edge capabilities
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Build and lead a specialized innovation team focused on next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to forecast technology trends
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level presentation abilities
