Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum or AI (Nature/IEEE)
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR/STTR)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum frameworks
- Track record of scaling tech prototypes to commercialization
