Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Present future scenarios to Fortune 500 clients and government bodies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling
