- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and emerging paradigms

- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of disruptive technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-backed ROI projections
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio across prototyping and pilot programs
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three future tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
