Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ R&D budgets for emerging tech initiatives
- Manage global innovation hubs across San Francisco, Berlin, and Singapore
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics and human-machine symbiosis
- Spin out 3+ ventures annually from our incubation pipeline
- Drive patent portfolios covering 100+ emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and decentralized AI systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ commercialized AI/quantum innovations
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or equivalent government collaboration history
