Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for technological disruptions and paradigm shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research organizations to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate cutting-edge thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps that delivered measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or PhD preferred)
