Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget for emerging tech initiatives
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for monitoring global tech disruption vectors
- Present strategic roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and patent development programs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with >$100M revenue impact
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and neurotech convergence
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 and government entities
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
