Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to pilot implementation
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven decision-making
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders globally
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, IBM Quantum)
