Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Analyze global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure compliance and innovation
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-ready talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI, or sustainable tech implementation
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of global tech regulations and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Futures or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment boards
