- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic systems)
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and human-machine symbiosis
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech infrastructure
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
- Experience leading global innovation labs with 50+ technical staff
