Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in futuristic tech domains
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
