- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present visionary insights to investors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
