Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess their commercial viability for 2026 market integration
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with company's 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with universities, startups, and research labs
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite decisions
