Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision for 2026 digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing protocols, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, autonomous systems) to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry labs for breakthrough innovation
- Oversee technology ethics frameworks ensuring responsible innovation and regulatory compliance
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 15+ product lines using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years technology strategy experience
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI/quantum computing initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent from recognized institution
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Python, TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Demonstrated success securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Experience developing ethics governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Portfolio showcasing at least three technology commercializations generating >$50M revenue
