- Architect innovation pipelines and incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps and technology forecasts to executive leadership and investors
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Monitor global technology disruption vectors and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing product development and operational frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
