- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and sustainability impact
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly strategic reviews
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures (Series C+ preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
- Experience managing cross-continental remote teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Fluency in data modeling and scenario planning tools
