Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and academic institutions
- Present technology roadmaps and forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lifecycles
- Mentor next-gen technologists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum systems, or bio-digital integration
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
