- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Build partnerships with leading tech incubators and academic research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in scaling digital transformations (2+ enterprise-level projects)
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and regulatory impacts
- MBA or Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments with product development teams
