- Conduct competitive intelligence and market readiness assessments for next-gen technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Develop patent frameworks for emerging intellectual property
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
