Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technology horizon scanning for 2026-2030 trends
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum, neuromorphic, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape evaluations
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical guidelines for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for R&D initiatives
- Partner with academic institutions for joint research programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Deep understanding of semiconductor and quantum hardware landscapes
- Executive-level presentation skills with board experience
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFP) or equivalent
- Patent portfolio management experience preferred
