Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3 infrastructure) into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation digital products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform innovation priorities
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Drive organizational adoption of agile methodologies and rapid experimentation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or senior R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and research communities
- Certifications in strategic planning or technology innovation management highly valued
