Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with company vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Develop market entry strategies for next-gen products/services
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Certified in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum)
- Prior startup or scale-up environment experience preferred
