Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core products and services
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech innovators
- Mentor technology teams on future-proofing methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing, or AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) or relevant MBA preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
