- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Identify emerging technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, etc.) for strategic integration
- Build partnerships with research labs and startups to access innovation pipelines
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and competitive advantage
- Champion ethical AI and sustainable tech practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or Web3.0 architectures
- Proven track record of scaling innovative tech from concept to commercialization
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Strong financial acumen to model technology investment ROI
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and external stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
