Responsibilities
- Design and implement 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping breakthrough tech solutions
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to pilot future-focused applications
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with global impact
- Secure $5M+ annual funding through innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor PhD researchers in next-gen technology development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling R&D from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate innovation funding
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
