Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives with $50M+ budgets
