- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential integration into core business functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological innovation ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
