Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation pipelines
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for R&D collaboration
- Author annual Future Technology Outlook reports influencing company direction
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex trends into business strategies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
