Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating market shifts and emerging disruptors
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing integration and generative AI applications
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and circular economy tech
- Partner with venture capital team to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
- Present strategic frameworks to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological ROI and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products ahead of market demand
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
