- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields like neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage $50M+ annual innovation budgets across global R&D centers
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio expansion
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Represent Nexus at global tech forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching category-defining products (3+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Experience scaling innovation teams across 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Security clearance eligibility for federal partnerships
