- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year incubation cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier conferences
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
