Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ market disruption potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members for executive approval
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years at Fortune 500 level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in Technology Strategy from MIT Sloan or similar institution
