Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Present future-focused frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academia and innovation hubs
- Drive R&D initiatives targeting $100M+ market opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with >$50M ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
