Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation projects from conception to implementation
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor technical teams on future technology adoption and implementation
- Manage innovation budget and ROI tracking for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or Web3
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business value
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (articles, patents, or books)
- MSc or MBA from top-tier institution with focus on technology strategy
