Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, sustainable tech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience building and scaling tech products in regulated industries
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
