- Lead innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI partners
- Develop ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech adoption protocols
- Secure $5M+ in grants for emerging tech R&D initiatives
- Present future tech vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology architects
- Establish KPIs for measuring ROI on speculative technology investments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech initiatives (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published future-tech research
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF foresight methodology)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercializations valued >$100M
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for APAC market expansion
- Public speaking record at TED or equivalent future-tech forums
